Full payment is due at time of booking as our group numbers are small.
Payment: Can be made by cheque or online through Pay Pal a safe and secure method of payment, accepting all major credit cards. There is no need to have a Pay Pal account to pay online.
Group bookings: A deposit of 30% of full payment due is required to reserve a selected date. Balance is due no later than 30 days prior to commencement of day selected. If the balance remains unpaid at that time, we reserve the right to treat the reservation as cancelled, and retain the deposit paid.
Cancellation of group bookings: cancellation must be made by email or writing by the person who had made the booking. Any such notice will become effective from the date of receipt by Art Impressions.
Cancellation charges: per person will be levied as:
| Less than 30 days prior to date reserved: | loss of deposit |
| Less than 20 days: | 75% of total cost |
| Less than 14 days: | 100% of cost |
In the unlikely event of cancellation of a tour due to circumstances beyond our control participants will be notified as close as possible to their date selected and will have the option to receive a full refund or reschedule to a different day.
